In celebration of Syttende Mai, or Norwegian Constitution Day, the Norwegian flag is raised high over Ballard Avenue. As the largest celebration of the “17th of May” Festival outside of Norway, the parade draws in crowds of 20,000 to the streets of Ballard in Seattle. Photo by Jared Rogers
